Just an innovative idea is not good enough for a company to be or remain successful. Innovation must be anchored in the strategy, corporate and legal structure, personnel policy, processes, operational management and finances.
In the webinar from 8 december participants gained insight into which elements (or building blocks) are important for the design of a successful innovative company. By means of specific questions we tested where the participants stood and to what extent they were already in ‘control’.
The goal of the webinar was not only to give them insight into how their organizations were doing, but also to get them thinking about the design of their organization. We also considered the importance and consequences of certain choices and introduced the Innovation Control Framework.
This framework is the basis for the in-depth masterclasses that will start in February. Each masterclass deals with one of the previously mentioned topics, strategy, business and legal structure, personnel policy, processes, operational management and finance, and gives you handy insights and tips to be in control of every aspect.
