NextOEM business growth circles supports in the phase from start-up to scale-up. It is a one-year program that covers topics such as strategy, organizational development & leadership, finance, marketing and sales for your specific company. The program, developed in cooperation with Brainport Development in 2014, allows participating entrepreneurs to go through a development and growth trajectory with each other and with the help of each other.
The participants meet on six contact days; One introduction day and five meetings from 2 p.m. to around 9 p.m. In the meantime, you will get to work intensively with the material provided. You will be supervised by professional program leaders and you will receive coaching using online tools.
After completion of the program you will not be left to your own devices. You can then remain a member of the NextOEM community. Because of this you continue to benefit from each other’s knowledge and expertise. circle meetings and network meetings with other participants, topic experts and program partners.
