You have met a possible (launching) customer or co-development partner and they seem to be interested in your product. But you don’t know how to proceed and come to a signed contract and a financial transaction. What are the steps to follow? How do you achieve your first sales or a paid pilot?
During this workshop entrepreneurs will get hands-on advice in the process of ‘selling’. No tricks, just practical insights directly applicable to your own situation. At the end of the second workshop you are able to:
– Secure a contract or paid pilot by your customers
– Sell your product to the DMU ( decision making unit ) of the company
– Be in charge of the sales process
The third morning is an extra session to discuss your progress and questions.
This workshop is for startups / entrepreneurs only and is limited to 8 persons (1 per venture). We charge a small fee of 50 euros to cover a small part of the costs. The workshop is facilitated in English by Bionda Bosma.
Note this training requires some homework upfront & in between the workshops. And you need to be available for all dates!
As this workshop pays a lot of attention to personal situations and cases you will be contacted by the trainer and asked to fill in a short questionnaire in preparation of the workshop. Your registration is only final when the trainer has received your filled in questionnaire and has confirmed your registration by email.
